Our experience with Total Comfort was outstanding. They showed up on time, did the work professionally, and clean up the house like they were never there. The American Standard system they installed was great and I save over $500 a year in electricity. I highly recommend Total Comfort for any HVAC need whether it is a system replacement, repair, and annual maintenance. I have called them when my old system was broken in the past and they were out to fix it within the hour. Total Comfort is awesome!!

I have been using Jim Bonetti, Total Comfort service for years, He was servicing Heat and A/C on his own, when I first started using him. Today he has added a number of additional technicians and moved to a new location. Now I have a contract with him to service every one of my units, at all my properties, which total 13. I could not even imagine a company being more prompt, polite, clean, excellent pricing, and being as professional as Total Comfort.
Before using Jim, I used three of the highest rated services on Angies list, and none of them came close to the "total Package", that "Total Comfort" provides.

They're just very good that they're quick and friendly. They've gone for an overtime but there's nothing wrong with the air conditioning unit.

They do a good job. I had used them before. Jim is so good, he could teach air condition work and all the work that was done was reasonably priced. It is nice to know that there are people out there who are professional and take their work seriously and they do their job without wanting to take advantage of people. I would highly recommend anyone with air conditioning problems to call them.

They showed up on the time stated and removed all the old duct system and removed the fan system from under the house and removed compressure from outside the house. The next two days were installing the fan system and duct work under the house and installing the compressure outside the house. It took just under three days to complete the job. They showed up each day and performed all the work as professonal as you could get. I would recommend this company to anybody without any regretes.

In the middle of the summer we quickly realized that our 1 year old home was not cooling as it should. Initially we attempted another HVAC company and were very skeptical by their professionalism and pricing. They seemed to be more concerned about having us sign a year contract vs finding a leak. We called several other places, yet no one was willing to come out on such short notice. We were not so much concerned about ourselves, but our dog was already stretched across the kitchen floor trying to stay cool! We found Jim (and saw that he was Angie's List recommended on his site) and he came out promptly. It took him a couple days but he finally found the leak up in the attack- a super small dent in the coils. He showed us whatever we were curious to see- seemingly pleased to share his knowledge. He did the warranty legwork and found the best price for us for shipping. He gave us a more than fair price and we could tell that he greatly prides himself on conducting the best service that he is able. We shall use him in the future should we need his services again (knock on wood).

I called and they were out within a few hours. He did the check of the AC unit quickly and we discussed options for taking care of the leak and fixing next year with new better unit (which I can afford next year) or fixing now with adequate unit (which I could afford now). He was very open and honest about the options and put in coolant quickly. Next year, I'll have him put in a new unit.

This company was a referral from a realtor. I had a previous quote from another company but they were unsure what the problem was and the quote was much higher. Jim Bonetti came out, diagnosed the problem, and came back the next day to fix it. They found another problem along the way and only charged me for the needed part, so it was not much additional cost. They also warranty the work that they do for 1 year. Thanks Jim!

We had 2 gas units that were not heating as they should. We had them serviced over the summer by another company and found out that they were never properly serviced and that was why they were not working. As soon as Jim came, he immediately found out what the problems were on both units and fixed them as well as serviced them the way the other company should have the first time. Immediately I noticed a difference and even had to turn the heat down while he was here because they were working so well. He was very professional and friendly. Kept me informed the whole time on what he was doing and also showed me pictures on his smart phone as the work was performed so I could see what he was doing and what had been done to remedy it. I definitely recommend him!

Cant say enough great things. After another company came out the previous day, they wanted over $800 to fix a inducer motor and were pushing to replace the entire unit! Kurt came out and tested the unit and found all that was needed was a capacitor and checked everything else out. Said it was in great condition and saved me thousands of dollars!!! They were honest and knowledgeable...cant say enough great things...will def use again!!!

Total Comfort installed a hybrid heat pump/gas package for us. It took them longer than they anticipated due to our old gas pack's backwards installation. They worked throughout the weekend, long past dark in order that we have it up and running as soon as possible. Extremely hard and conscientious workers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I was not satisfied at all. I think it was extremely overpriced for what they did. They did what was called a diagnostic check. They were there less than an hour. They didn’t have to repair anything, put any parts or things like that. I was very dissatisfied. It was my son that was at the house. They did show him where the problem was. To come out to the house and to do the check, they charged $169 which was outrageous. They were professional. The technician who came out was fine. The quality of his work was good. It was the company that overcharged. Their pricing policy was bad. I would never call them again because of their pricing.

I have extremely high expectations of myself, and my technicians to provide only the highest level of professionalism and service to each, and every customer that we serve. It is true that we were there less than an hour. That is due to the extensive training that I provide to my employees to keep them as efficient as possible so that they can take care of the next customer as quickly as possible. I have reviewed the total charges and the technician charged you 80.00 for checking through your complete system and determining that the level of refrigerant was lower than it needed to be for the unit to perform to full capacity, and efficiency, and 89.00 for charging your system with refrigerant, which includes the labor to put it in. I know that it is Saturday but if you will please call me today or tomorrow I would like to talk about this to see if we can do anything to make your opinion of us greater. I will be available to take your call all weekend, or next week if you prefer. My number is 910 397 2911. I will be patiently awaiting your call, and again, I greatly apologize for your unhappiness."

Everything went very well. Kurt arrived on time & started to work, showed me the cover or vent with the unsecured corner, and went industriously to work. The afternoon was very hot, but he remained cheerful throughout. At some point he called his wife to bring him a Shop Vac (he doesn't live far from my house) rather than ask me if I had one; she brought the Vac and their very sweet children, whom my dog was happy to see. (The visit didn't hold up his work in the least.) He labored out in the heat for two hours and was as pleasant when he left as when he'd come.

I called Total Comfort Services, Inc. on a Sunday. The rule of the Universe is your A/C will go out on the hottest weekend of the year so far, and it will do so on Friday evening. I left a message which, I expected to leave a message since it was Sunday in the afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when Jim Bonetti returned my call within ten minutes or so. He gave me a time frame he could come out that day and came right on time. He also asked me a number of questions about the system to help diagnose the problem. He went right to work, showed me what the problem was, and explained how and why the part went bad. He also has a sense of humor. We will definitely use Total Comfort from now on for our annual maintenance check.

It was excellent. He talks you through the whole service end of it if you're not informed. We have all heat pumps here and they're new to me. He takes the time to walk you through it, he's very knowledgable and pleasant.
