Kitchen Remodel
The project was a flooded house and I don't know how this guy has such high ratings, must be friends and family. He doesn't know his left from his right. No idea how to lay tile. I refused to pay him for shitty work and he threatened to sue me. He almost lost his license over it. I still have over 100 pictures of the shitty job he did that I had to pay someone to tear out and redo. Tried to work it out with you Jon but you're hardheaded and stupid. I'm never going away.

Kitchen Remodel
We have Jon from TKO do numerous jobs over the yearsâ ¦in two different homes kitchen and bathroom remodel, flooring,, detail work. He is meticulous and professional. Everything turned out, exactly or better than what I expected. We felt very comfortable having us work in our home while we were not in town. What a wonderful experience to come back to the beach to have work complete and everything pristine. I very highly recommend Jon and TKO construction.

TKO Has been my go-to REPAIR And maintenance company for 4 rental properties in Wilmington/ Carolina Beach, for over 10 years. They have taken care of EVERY problem -- from plumbing, painting, carpets, windows, electrical-- everything that comes up with a house they have appraised it, fixed it, or managed the repairs.

Kitchen Remodel
