Chris is very knowledgeable, he respected my home and kept my house clean during the replacement of my out dated AC system. He showed how to operate my new system and best practices to keep it running properly. I will never use anyone else when it comes to my heat or AC.

Contacted Titan Heating and Air regarding HVAC unit not working. Chris showed up on time and diagnosed the problems with my condenser on roof by the beach that had a rust pinhole causing me to lose all of my refrigerant along with a bad defrost board. He acquired parts needed, welded in new part, charged with refrigerant and tested the following visit. Professional, knowledgeable and fair. Definitely call beck for any future issues.
