Our 2004 Kenmore washing machine would fill up with water, then just stop. Called Ted, and he was out of town for a few days, but he did ask me to describe the problem over the phone. He was able to walk me through a temporary fix until he could come. I did a couple more loads of wash after that. That sold me on his honesty. When he did come to fix the problem, he was pleasant, quick and didn't cheat me out of a lot of money. Thank you again Ted.

Something...a paperclip got caught in fan blade...I had taken it partially apart to see if I could fix it and couldn't. Ted had to take everything out to get to the fan. If i would have been a repairman this would have been a nightmare. But he was patient. I paid alot for my dryer and it was only 4-5 yrs olf. Thanks Ted for saving my dryer !

My washer was broken and the repair man was prompt, respectful, and
professional. He was able to fix the problem quickly and did not over
charge. I would definitely call these guys again for appliance repair.

He went to the appliance store and found that you would have to replace the whole unit and the cost would be $176. We decided not to replace it and he told the tenant. He saved me because he didn't just go ahead and put that part in. He did a really good job and I thought he was prudent. He was very prompt and quick. He was frugal and did everything right.
