Could not have asked for better service.  They were able to provide helpful hints in properties that we were considering, and other issues we might should consider.  Did not feel like they were trying to make the quick sale but wanted us to  get the best deal possible.  Even after we bought the house team Strickland still went above and beyond with their service to make our move as easy as possible.  Can not say enough positive things about them.  Would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a house.

They were good. The commission will be 6 percent. They are very diligent and interested in meeting my needs. They are very customer focused. They are great with follow-up. They know the business. They are doing a good job.

Sherwood, and his assistant, Diane, were superb. Not only did they locate and show us properties, but they went into prospective properties, took numerous photos, and emailed them so that we could target appropriate homes before we made our flight arrangements. They located insurance companies, roofers, plumbers, inspectors, lawyers, handymen, decorators, and more. They continued to help us to find services long after we closed on the property. They were always on call to help us.
