T S BROWN JEWELRY

Specifically in reference to T.S. Brown Jewelry.  DO NOT order from their online store !!!!!   I recently purchased a ring off line from their store. I called them to order the ring and they stated the one that I wanted wasn't in stock, but they would contact their supplier and order it.  They did and in less than a week the ring arrived.  Good news so far! However the ring wasn't at all what I ordered ($322). Ok, inconvienent, but not the end of the world. When I called and explained to them that the ring that is posted on their web site and the one they sold me wasn't at all the same type, they said I could return it. Ok, still good.  I asked them if they had rings in stock that would possibly match my description and the description of the ring they had posted online, the gentlemen said yes. I asked him if he could take a picture of 5 rings that matched my description and email them to me and that i would then pick one. I just wanted to physically see the item that I was purchasing, since them ordering it from a secondary supplier did work the first time. He said no and that he didn't see how that would help.  W**!!! Really??? You don't see how sending me a picture of the actual item would help??? At this point I decided just to return the ring for a refund. The gentleman stated that he would consider a refund once I returned the ring. So now my spidey senses started to tingle. I asked "what do you mean consider". I excepted a full refund for a ring they sold me that did not at all look like the one they advertised online, which was the one I wanted. He said that he wouldn't  accept a refund on a ring  that he hasn't seen. "You sold me the F@#cking ring" was my response.  Clearly this small business hasn't figured out costumer service at all. You sold me a ring that was different than the one I wanted. Either sell me the ring I want or give me my money back.  Simple, basic and common sense...you would think. Bottom Line: The actual store maybe worth checking out, but under NO circumstance shop on line at http://TSbrown.com. They DO NOT guarantee quality of service or their products.
