When he estimated the job it was supposed to be $7000, after closer inspection when he pulled up the floor the price went up because of some rotting. He shows when he says he will, he does what he says he will do and he works steadily the entire day long. He wrote a detailed contract, as he worked I added things verbally, he didn't write it down and forgot to do some it. I don't really have any gripes because he did a beautiful job.  He came back and did handyman work also.
