Nice business owner/cleaner. Did a good job on furniture. The rug was old and stained, and he did not charge much for that--maybe $25?--because none of us were sure it would work. The only disappointment was that horrible odor. Maybe he assumed that since it was in the garage, and was so bad, he could really saturate it. And we assumed it would dry properly.

He is very prompt and he does an excellent job. He is great at cleaning carpets over hardwood floors.

The owner came at the time specified. I had already moved most of the furniture away from the areas he had to clean. It was my decision to move the furniture. He will gladly do this for you. The owner, Mr. Horne, oversees the entire job. Everything was done in a timely manner. Great job.
