Martin and Ryan were awesome! My husband called because our shower door was not closing properly. They came out and told us it was never installed properly (our home is 3 years old) They fixed it quickly and said, "Merry Christmas!" I had an external window that I needed to replace on my home. It did take them awhile to do the install after I paid them, had to call them to schedule it since I didn't hear from them a month later. They came out, were really nice people, did an excellent job. The window leaked at the top of it so I had to seal it. The next morning I woke up to a 10 inch crack starting from bottom of glass going towards the top. It did get cold that night but it really wasn't that cold. There's no signs of impact to the glass from the outside. I called standard glass and they informed me they don't warranty the glass or their work and would charge me the same amount to replace the glass again. Obviously I'm not interested in paying for work if it can't be completed correctly with the correct glass.

Glass is now clear.

Great, professional and courteous and prompt.  Would definitely use them again.

Two men came to pick up a large mirror that had come from a bathroom that had been broken on the side with removal and needed repair. They removed the cracked edge but left a part of the unsightly broken back side of the mirror. I wish they'd just cut off all the chipped part, but maybe that was the best they could do.  When scheduling this the lady told me that it would be cheaper for me to take the large mirror there because part of the cost was the pickup fee. I will do this next time. They moved one mirror and installed the large mirror in our exercise room and knew exactly how to do this, so the delivery is great!
iI also had them make two custom curved table tops for two small wooden tables. They cut the patterns onsite and did not have to take my tables with them. 
The young men who brought the items were very polite and respectful. However, in the office the scheduling people did not seem to communicate well to the point that the delivery and installation guys also knew this. The two office people did not know if my order had been delivered or the status of it and did not seem to have any computer system who could tell them this. It was very frustrating to be called numerous time to get my order status and delivery straight, but I am very satisfied with the product. They were very prompt in responding to my request for the work and in trying to meet my deadlines.

Joann is fantastic!  We are currently having her cut glass shelving and an odd shaped door glass size.  Will most likely make this my go to place for any glass needs, no matter how odd or eccentric.

It went good, the part fit as expected.

We needed an exact replacement for a coffee table glass with an irregular shape, and they provided exactly what we needed in a very timely fashion.

This was so much easier than it sounds. The service tech measured in about 2 minutes and returned in 3 days to install a new glass. The second visit took about 15 minutes and the room was left clean and neat, except for the clear new glass we would not know that anyone had been working.

They removed the old cracked glass and replaced with new glass. They were neat, and did the job quickly. I recommend them.
