+ -1 moreFlowers were to be delivered by 1:00 P.M. for a 3:00 P.M. outdoor dinner seating. Phone calls at 2:00 and 2:30 were not answered. At about 2:45 a man, apparently at a different location, answered the phone and said he would get a message to the shop. At 4:15 a deliveryman phoned asking for directions to the house (The address had already been provided). When told that the delivery was to have been made at 1:00 and asked if he knew what time it was he became abusive and hung up the phone. We would not recommend this flourist to our worst enemy!
Description of Work: Order was placed for table flower arrangements for a wedding rehersal dinner.
