He was right on time. I was shocked at how good the carpet turned out. The carpet is over 27 years old and it looks wonderful. All the stains are gone and it smells wonderful. I am very pleased and for the price I will get him to do it more frequently.

George arrived on time and was very professional and polite. Both carpets were significantly stained so I was did not have high expectations but knew they were past due for cleaning. The end result was amazing and so much brighter! Would definitely recommend Safe Clean for carpet cleaning.

They showed up right on time. There were 2 men both professional and friendly. We walked through the house to show what areas needed to be done. I pointed out one particular stain in my daughters room where she had spilled her paintbrush water. It was large and yellow on a white carpet. Ugh. They explained what they would do to try to get it all out. They went to work. Room by room and spent extra time on that stain. All was finished. Carpets looked amazing and that stain was completely gone! This is the second time I have hired Safeclean and again I am impressed and thrilled with the results. Oh and the price was perfect. I won't call any other carpet company while they are here!!

"I called you and told you that we had an equipment issue before your scheduled time that day. I was personally going to be there to clean with my truck. But the thermostat had went out, and by running the machine at your job meant we wouldn't have heat. So when my employees finished cleaning their job, they immediately went right over there. And it was 30 minutes not 2 hrs. Furniture moving is determined at the time of cleaning with the initial walk-through. First and foremost we are carpet cleaners not furniture movers. We charge extra for certain pieces moved. I take care of my customers, had you called us back we would have taken care of you. We always give quality work and that is our #1priority. Equipment issues come up from time to time. I made a decision on what I thought would give you the best clean."

The carpets in our house were disgusting. Our two toddlers not only regularly drop food and drinks on the carpets, but walk on them and crush them deep into the fiber of the carpet. I thought our carpets were going to have to be replaced, but we couldn't afford that right now, so we thought we would have them cleaned in the meantime. Well, they came out amazing! They are perfectly clean and we are not going to have to replace the carpet. I highly recommend these guys. They were personable and professional, and the results turned out amazing. Great price too.

"Oriental rugs will take longer to dry when you're flushing out soaked urine stains. And yes I told you to turn on fans to dry rugs. Nothing was mentioned that we got the majority of the yellow stains out. So when removing urine out of carpets we had use more water."
