ROSE BROTHERS FURNITURE INC

Julian was awesome! Friendly and professional and patient as we took an hour to decide what would work best in our home. As we went to check out he introduced us to an elderly gentleman - Mr. Rose! This was Julian's grandfather! The founder of the company! He is now 86 years old and as charming of southern gentleman as you would want to meet. He gave us the history of the business which was interesting, but what made him most lovable was the love and pride he spoke about for his family. His face shined as talked about each of his children and their families. It was a joy to hear.

I purchased a dining table and 8 stools in July 2012.
I spoke to Rose's customer service rep, Christy, 18 months later.
The support legs on the chairs all broke off.
The trim of the table has come apart from the table itself.
The ENTIRE back half of the chair came off in my hand as I was pulling the chair out.
The locking mechanism from the bottom of the table fell off on it's own.
I understand the set is 18 months old...but most people have dining room sets last 20 years and only show normal wear and tear. Rose Bros. Furniture will not offer any type of compensation for selling unfit furniture. They offered to repair it, if I bring it there, at MY cost.
I will only purchase further furniture from a dependable store that backs their products.
