Appliance Repair
The repair man was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. We explained the issues we were having and he immediately identified the problems and made the repairs with supplies from his truck.

I was trying to repair myself according to manual but did not have the special wrench required to un jam the disposer .
I called and was told they would give me the little wrench needed so I could continue my work so I drove to the store to get it and was given detailed instructions on how to use it.
After all, I was unable to un jam the disposer myself so I called back and they immediately scheduled for next day. Repair man came on time and took apart and cleaned the appliance and found a piece of metal that had been thrown down the disposal and causing the jam.
Very pleasant and professional at the store and on the job.
I have called them again today to get a stove rack un jammed and I anticipate another successful repair visit.
