This was an $89 big deal purchase. We are in Illinois and they are in North Carolina so my understanding was it worked quite well. It was fine. I'm sure they came out a couple of weeks after I bought the deal. Since we were not there we had to trust their judgement that they told us the truth. We took their word for it so, whether they are honest, I hope they are. They did come out promptly and were very nice on the phone. We had to pay additional above the price of the big deal because they replaced some parts. My renter said they were fine. Their price was about average.
