Landscaping
They tore out all the shrubs and never put in any new shrubs. I said I wouldn't pay them until they put in the shrubs. The owner said he would put them in himself if I would please just pay him. I paid him and they never came out and put in the shrubs. He was obnoxious and would call at times such as five in the morning demanding payments. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are extremely overpriced.
