About par for the course for auto body. They couldn't promise a delivery date (understandable) they did say they would get on it right away (they didn't). The first guy gave me a preliminary estimated but warned they would probably find other things. 2nd guy calls next day and tells me they didn't find anything major. Emails me new estimated which has doubled the price. Car came out ok though

We had someone hit our car (our fairly-new 2010 CRV) on the bumper corner, scratching or removing the paint in a few places. The work got turned over to the other person's insurance company, who then gave me a list of their "approved" shops in the area. Registers was one, and they had good reviews so that's who I chose. The insurance company turned the work over to Registers, and I got a call from them and from Hertz to coordinate the date to drop off the car and do the repair. The whole repair only too a day and a half and everything went smoothly.

Auto Body Work
Stopped in for an estimate to fix a small ding on the rear passenger door of my Accord. They were very prompt and professional and gave me a written estimate right away. However, the estimate was $331 AND I would have to leave the car with them for 3 days. Instead I went to a guy who fixes small dents, he did a great job, only cost me $140 and only had the car for one morning.Can't say they were bad, but the estimate was high and perhaps overkill for a small dent.

Everything started off fine. Near the end of the ordeal I had a big argument with the manager Rob Budlong, of the Monkey Junction location. He was so rude, condescending and aggressive towards me I called the owner Steve Register. Steve went above and beyond to make ammends for the behavior of Rob Budlong and even rented me a rental car for the weekend because my sorry insurance company took my rental car back with 3 hour notice. That is another complaint on Angies List. See Discovery insurance company. Huge thank you to Steve Register. I will use you again if needed. I just won't deal with Rob Budlong.
