Regina and her team are top notch! This is my second time with Regina and her team and I could not say anything bad about what they did for me. Great communications right up till closing and then after making sure we followed up with our utilities. Regina is honest and to the point. She provides metrics to allow you to make an informed decision on pricing your home and what you should do for top dollar. Once the house was under contract, Jennifer took over and made sure we (buyers, sellers, attorneys, everyone!) stayed on track! Do not bother looking anywhere else!

My experience was exceptional with this company. As a first time home buyer, Regina really helped guide us through the process and was a crucial part of handling builder issues. Jennifer, her closing manager, was excellent in keeping us informed of the various stages of closing. I was an extremely nervous (and inexperienced) buyer and both women’s experience helped me tremendously.

The agents name is Regina Drury.  We are currently selling our house.  She sold our house in 3 days!  We sold it for above our listed house.  We had a really good experience with her.  We were delighted with her service.  She is competitive in the marketplace in relation to price.  Realtors charge a healthy fee, she is competitive.  I would use her again in the future, if we were in this area.
