PREFERRED CARPET CLEANING

The owner, Dallas, who apparently works alone  was not on time, always had an excuse.  Postponed twice because he had problems on prior jobs  He did not call to update. When he did show up, it was two hours later than he promised.   He never showed up two of the times he had an appointment.  When he cleaned my carpets.  I told him there were two stains, which he said "no problem".  They were still there the next day.  He promised to return to fix the stains.  Made two appointments.  Never called to say he was not coming and just didn't show up.  I stayed home waiting for him both times and trying to call him.  After the second appointment and no show and all his excuses, he would not answer his phone and I am left with the stained carpets.  He also had an excuse about using my credit card and  said that he had a problem with not charging his Visa Machine, so I could not pay him by Credit Card and he had to have cash or check.  I have no recourse now.  It was a very good excuse to say that about his Visa machine or I could have stopped payment until he corrected the job.  Totally unreliable.....NEVER get him for a job.  You will regret it.
