My dog has lots of fatty benign tumors but one was suspicious. The fine needle biopsy showed a type of cell (spindle Cell) associated with sarcoma's (a cancerous lesion. ) The vet said he wanted to get it off ASAP but had jury duty. He said he would call if he didn't get called in Thursday or Friday. If he did ...we'd schedule the next week. I never heard from them. My cat vet did the surgery for me as a favor since I was so worried. I emailed them the 23rd of November to express my disappointment. They said they left me a message for a surgery scheduled the 9th of October. This was false..no voice message or call and nothing was ever on the books.
I would have been happy if they had they followed through even if a week delayed and I now have to find a good dog vet. If I was not an informed consumer about the type lesion..my dog would have been very advanced ..cancer wise if I had just let it go.I am not sure what happened but they did get a lot of bad weather the next week that shut the office down for a few days. Still..saying they called and that a surgery was scheduled was poor form. I could not use them again because of this.

They were knowledgeable and easy to work with. I believe everything would have to be paid for upfront.

Great. I dropped off Gilbert (Cat) so he could be thoroughly examined for a possible renal blockage. He stayed overnight to allow them to check his urine (if possible). It turned out he had some bacteria and infection in his bladder. Gilbert was sent home on antibiotics and clear instructions on when/how to give them, and a recommendation to switch litter. He's doing well now.

It is usually pretty easy to get an appointment with them. The vets have a good bedside manner and they are really good with the animals. I am one of those owners who will do research before I take my dog in. They do not treat me like a moron because I am not a vet. I will continue to use them.

They are the best that I've found and have been going to them for 2 years. The vet is really knowledgeable about my dogs needs and health. I would recommend them.
