Horrible! Do NOT use this company unless you want an unreliable company that makes promises they do not keep, is a no show, and does not back up their warranty. We hired Matt and his ?crew? (one person) for THREE projects that cost us thousands of dollars. He promised to be on site many times, only to not show up and make excuse after excuse! There were many issues after completion that were never fixed properly. He claims to have a one year warranty. When our final project was completed with many issues, once again, he ?put us on the calendar? to resolve these issues, and never showed up. Matt Wooten literally ghosted us, not returning phone calls and never showing up to fix the issues backed by his company warranty This is NOT how a business should operate. Communication and lack of attention to details are Porters Neck Home Solutions strong points. We now have to shell out more money to fix the issues with our screened in porch, patio, and sod.

When I hired Matt who is the owner he knew my tragic situations I had been going through so he said all the polite going to help me out words He finally came and worked on this and when he finished I thought I was happy but two months later I hired someone else to add to the size of my deck The other company was going to move my existing deck that Matt had done over about a foot and half so as he was doing this he had to take off a couple of the patio floor boards when they were taken off I saw what Matt had done I was very upset I paid him for new 2X4â s for the underneath of the deck boards but what I saw was new ones on the outside but in side was two untreated 2X2 boards and I paid for treated ones also one of the boards that was hidden was just one of the deck one inch boards and another one was a untreated used painted in large areas board I was upset because he charged me for new boards not the junk I had I called him about this and he was very rude telling me that there was nothing wrong and those boards wasnâ t important which I do know they are what keeps the deck boards attach to and to not sag He also said the other person that was telling me they were wrong was just wanting more money from me whic I donâ t know much about construction but I do know that what I saw was not what I paid for I paid expensive money for treated boards that were new and received used non treated boards that were split in half instead of full boards I told him when I spoke to him that I wanted my money back for those four boards that wasnâ t what I paid for but he refused saying I was happy with my deck when he got finished which I was happy with it but I had not known he stole money from me by taking my money for a specific item but not giving me it I was happy but again I wasnâ t going to take it apart to see how the underneath was built I trusted him but he just used that as a advantage to stealing from me This was a platform deck so it was barely off the ground and I did know I needed treated boards and that is what I gave him money for He also even charged me over a hundred dollars more than what was originally quoted but he said the materials were more expensive so he had to charge more I was still trusting him so I paid it but again he charged me even more for the boards saying treated was very expensive and then secretly gave me not treated ones that were not even 2X4â s I was so upset and canâ t gbelieve he took so much from me please do not let this person continue to be advertised because he is not honest and takes advantage of someone when he knows he can!

Matt was awesome. He completed the work swiftly, cleanly and completely.

Responded quickly to request. Showed up on time and completed the work exactly as promised. Price was very fair. Excellent customer service. Would definitely hire again.

He was on time and extremely clean, neat and the job was so well done. I would reccomend this company to all. We are very pleased. The price was within reason.
