Jordan and his group were wonderful. They showed up when they said they would and they were all super polite and professional. The installation went smoothly, there was a little accident to some drywall but Port City was on top of it. They had someone come out, at my convenience, to repair the damage good as new.

I was a little intimidated by the electronics but Jordan made sure I became comfortable with the equipment. After installation we had issues with loss of electricity which caused the system to go down but I emailed Port City and had a response fairly quickly to get us back on-line. I am confident they stand behind their products and work. This project will be completed in stages, the next stage is the surround sound and I look forward to working with Port City staff to complete our home system. I highly recommend them.

411Jordan and Brad were outstanding. They arrived on time, and were extremely professional and courteous. They outsourced an electrician to install an outlet behind my television to keep everything looking clean and neat. The job was pretty complicated due to limited working space, but they managed to pull it off, and everything came out perfect. They were able to make everything look and work just as I had expected. I plan on having outdoor speakers installed in the near future, and I will definitely be using them again!

Jordan is extremely knowledgeable on the latest home theater components and installed a state of the art system that is amazing. He arrived as scheduled and did a very clean installation.
