I don't need the piece that turns the piano into a player piano and I want to return it. I think the piece alters the tone of the piano and I don't need that at all. It is very annoying. I've contacted this company several times to return it and all they tell me is to come all the way down there so they can teach me to use it. They don't care to send anyone to help and they just want me to come down there. I am not satisfied. They have tried to be helpful with the box attached to the piano, but I would have to pay the tuner.
