They were very good and I was very satisfied. The technician who came was very knowledgeable. He was very friendly. He knew what he was talking about and pointed things out to me. I was satisfied.

We had water damage from a leaking dishwasher which destroyed our floors, cabinets and introduced mold. They fixed it all, worked seamlessly with our insurance company, taught me some things, helped us upgrade our counters and get the whole house painted. They let me go buy my own sink, appliances, listened to me moan, and worked with us on getting them paid.

They are a huge company and subcontract people out, but they were really on top of everything.  I was very impressed.  They were thorough and efficient, and they went above and beyond with the materials that were required.  The guy even noticed that my insulation wasn’t as nice as it could be so he put in the better insulation which was a godsend.  I would definitely work with them again.
