Their customer service is very good. There have been several instances whereby I brought my vehicle for an oil change, and I forgot to make an appointment for them to look at something else wrong with my car, and they were very flexible with keeping the car for other adjustments. They gave me a free rental to go about my day, because I was without a car, although I failed to make an appointment. They are a dealership, so their price is higher than a typical mechanic.
