Had 3 estimates, with Parker's Collision being the first center I visited. Parker's was professional, knowledgeable and fully explained why they quoted what they did. The other 2 centers were vague as what could be done and what the bottom line would be. Chose Parker's and they were spot on with everything - even the completion date. Would recommend them to anyone

My 1 year old car had (visually) minimal front end damage in the accident. The staff at Parker's worked with my insurance adjuster to evaluate the damage including misalignments and things I never would have seen until they were pointed out. They accepted my insurance settlement and restored the front end to like-new condition in record time.
This was my second visit to Parker's, and the experience was just like the first. Staff there were courteous and went out of their way to be sure my car was properly cared for. In the first visit, the car had been and quot;sandwichedand quot; in a 4-car pile-up. The insurance adjuster saw the car on the Parker's lot, but apparently only looked at front-end damage. The staff at Parker's realized later he had not evaluated the rear-end damage which made the car undriveable, and called him back. He then declared the car a total loss. If the staff at Parker's had not realized the error, I would have had an insurance settlement that was several thousand dollars short of the actual damage, and an undriveable car to dispose of.

They have the experience and knowledge of what needs to be done. They are able to get parts and save me money.
