On the phone, he is pleasant. Cheyenne matched a price of another competitor of $100 to clean 1 bedroom condo. Received bill he sent to Dianne Perry RE in Wilmington and it became $190. Stated he cleaned stains which were previously there when I moved in, purchased some padding (? was added in invoice) and moved furniture. Would not respond back to my call or text, to discuss the new amount which Perry's RE (who recommends him upon vacating). Dianne Perry's company deducted the $190 from my rental deposit that I had put down. Would get his quote in writing. Beware. Poor communication and ethics. Would not use again or recommend. Perry's RE and Paradise do not live up to ethical standards for consumers. I had video and before and after pics of my carpet upon entering rental and vacating. So I had proof and still got gouged. Be ready for the same from both parties.

We have worked with Paradise for the past 10 years across multiple properties both rented and owned. Works hard, and knows how to get stains out. Always asks questions so they can do an even better job. Nice people. If you have rentals and want to impress, or if you are a tenant who perhaps was rough on a carpet... an even better reason to use Paradise!
