O'Brien Service Company is a locally owned and operated business established in 1981 to provide a complete range of heating and air services, from installation to regular maintenance. We now provide plumbing/drain cleaning, electrical, and indoor air quality solutions. We are licensed and fully insured! Excellent service. Punctual and professional. Our heat pump failed at the worst possible time, the day before our family was arriving for a visit. O'Brien diagnosed the problem and provided alternatives ranging from repair to replacement. We went for replacement. It was a couple of days until they could schedule the replacement, so they even loaned us a couple of window AC units. Saved the day. The install was professional and well done. Mike, who was our main contact with O'Brien, was great to work with. Every small detail was accounted for. Ask for him if you can. Overall, would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Excellent - they completely replaced my old HVAC unit outside, all ducts in the crawl space and moved the return vent from the floor to the wall where it should have been in the first place. Everything was done on schedule as promised with high quality and professionalism. Customer care is awesome. Plus financing this job was so easy.

Michael came & gave estimate for system We compared other estimate. They had the complete deal that suited us. Installation went without a hitch. Michael returned after to go over whole process and remit papers for a energy saver rebate.

I use them once a year for the routine servicing. I pay $12.89 a month for their lowest level of service. Which means they will respond to a call within a certain amount of time, but not as fast if I were paying at a Platinum level. It's an automatic withdrawal from my checking account. I think it's gone up a little. My unit is now 16 years old and they have kept it running nicely.

Not only did they take pictures of it so I would know that there really was a problem, but then they hauled the old one out to the front yard and I could see it was rusting and cracking. They double checked my carbon monoxide filters. Everything was done top notch, first rate and safe. I think the materials were $450 and the better part of the days labor was $300. They always put on shoe covers when they come in. It stood out to me that they were being careful of both the safety and my confidence level that they were doing something that really needed to be done, although I couldn't see it. The price was worth it.
