O'Brien Service Company is a locally owned and operated business established in 1981 to provide a complete range of heating and air services, from installation to regular maintenance. We now provide plumbing/drain cleaning, electrical, and indoor air quality solutions. We are licensed and fully insured! Everything went as told. Tom showed up on the day and time to give estimate. Estimate was accepted and was told they would install unit on Friday. Guys should up on Friday as planned and did an excellent job. They were very careful to not scratch up or mess up anything in the house and cleaned up after job.

From start to finish everything this company did was of the highest and most professional quality. Our old system stopped working on a Monday and by close of business Friday we had a new system completely installed and working accurately. The salesperson, Dave, explained our options clearly, made recommendations, and responded to all of our questions and concerns. The designer, Kyle, did a thorough survey of the premises and made a plan that was subsequently executed by Rich and his team. They had to work under trying conditions....over 90 degrees outside and much hotter in the attic and in the backyard sun where the two major components were installed. They worked quickly and efficiently and got the job done right on schedule. All of O'Brien's employees with whom we came into contact were courteous, helpful, and displayed a most professional demeanor. In order to get the new compressor into position the men had to remove a large bush in the backyard. They did this without complaint. We especially appreciate the generous terms of our financial agreement as well. All in all, O'Brien is a top-notch company....true specialists in this field!

Very well. Workers arrived day & time as stated. All work went very work & unit looks & operates most excellently. One (small) problem, soon after the HVAC unit was installed, a couple workers came back to finish the final part of the HVAC installation by sealing & painting on the part of the unit that goes up against the house; it rained & their work had to be redone (which could have been done better, but it was ok).

I got the same guy who did me last year. So, he knows the home, so I don’t have to explain anything. The air handler is up in the attic. So, this guy knows where to go. But I’m delighted with them. They do good work. I had a pipe on the system break (due to some work being done up in the attic), called and they sent a guy right out and he fixed it. To have the systems maintained proactively. They make sure the system is performing accurately. I can control it through my cell phone. The Train people can dial in and do diagnostics on it. But O’brien comes in and looks it over for mold and debris on site. It has to be done.

They installed both those systems for me. The builder quality when it was built for the system, had to work really hard and we were starting to have some issues. I looked him up on you and he had the best ratings on here. I upgraded the systems considerably. So, guests are comfortable up in the bedrooms upstairs. The system performs flawlessly. They recommended the second best, but I said no let’s go to the top of the line. We upgraded to a single unit to handle both the upstairs and downstairs. It performs flawlessly. It’s the best system Train makes. They had an arrangement with Wells Fargo to get me an 18 month no interest loan on the AC system. They did a good job, all the way around. Getting me the best system, getting me financing, installing. They sent a 4-man crew to do the removal of the (old) systems and that took a good part of one day. Because we were going from 2 systems to 1, they had to redo the ducting. They did all that and most of the installing on day 2. Finished up on Day 3. There was no piece of dirt or lint in the house from they’re going into the attic. They cleaned up after themselves.
