Had a leak on roof near fireplace. Nico wrapped chimney with an adhesive wrap to seal between chimney and roof deck. He then replaced my rear roof of 14 years old. He also did some repair work on other places on the front roof. He used synthetic underlayment before shingles were installed. I highly recommend Nicos roofing. They do very professional work.

Nico and his crew did an outstanding job re-roofing our house. In addition, he took care of repairing several areas of our roof and chimney that had failed due to shoddy construction by the original builder. The chimney was completely re-covered with new sheathing, siding, chimney cap, and flashing the way it should have been built to begin with. A sagging roof edge and rotted facia was also removed and rebuilt the right way. Very fair and reliable contractor who really knows his trade and goes above and beyond by making sure the entire roof is stable and water-tight. Site was also thoroughly cleaned when the job was complete. Very highly recommended.
