The quality of all work done was fine. Probably 8/10. I was satisfied with the final work done and have no real complaints with that. There were a few minor details that were skimped on, but since it was a rental and I was in a rush, I let it pass. My complaints have to do with the 25% price increase from their original estimate, non professional state of constant cursing while talking with me, dismissing my assessment of the origin of the problem, which led to a half of days work looking for the leak in the wrong spot. And lastly, technician smoking in the residence.
