Response time was good, but the management was condescending in their tone both on the phone and in person both times I spoke with them. They act as if they are doing you a favor by even talking to you.
I was widowed before. My late husband of many years was a surgeon and we always had routine housekeeping help, even more when I worked full time. My mother had a maid from the time I was two, and I have therefore dealt with every type of housekeeper and maid service for the better part of my life. I called again three days ago now that most of the boxes are out of the way, and the alternate manager was quite rude to me. She said they were completely booked for this week but that the other manager would call me back today (Monday). It's 11:00, and still there is no phone call. I do not expect one. These people are just plain RUDE!
The maids themselves were very pleasant and cleaned very well, up to my standards. However, they missed my tub. One could speak very little English. I helped and supervised them as they worked.
I wish I'd gone on Angies' List first, and I will now find a good service here that will meet our needs. Getting married again and moving three states away is hard enough as it is.. :(

The only thing I question is the responsiveness of the base not the crew. I leave a message and hope to get called.

I am pleased with the service provided by them. I think the girls are really professional. They come in and they get the job done. They are not on the cell phone. They get the work done. They are very efficient. I get what I pay for. I have those girls come out once a month. I would use them again in the future.

I wouldn't use them again. I had to go behind them and get the cleaning done. I would rather do it myself. I contacted them and told them that I had to run around, but they still charged me $110. They did come out to complete the job later. They did a terrible job. Once the house was empty and they were supposed to clean the entire house, but all they did was cleaned a couple of bathrooms and around the kitchen area. They didn't even mop the floor in the bathroom. I have a small bathroom. They didn't clean anything that they were supposed to. They cleaned a very small area. They need to improve on their job performance.
