"Sometimes a customer's expectations are a little more then we can delivered. So we would prefer to turn down a potential job instead of saying yes and then it's not what the client had been thinking we were going to do. We are a honest company and we are not going to mislead a potential customer. We can repair and refinish many areas in a home or businesses and we do daily. But somethings we have to say we are sorry but we can not help you with that project. And believe me it hurts to have to say no to potential business."
