Arrived when he said he would and the finished surface is great(so far). Russ did a very good job and paid attention to detail. The dust from the sanding tends to go everywhere so some cleaning is necessary--lots of plastic covering cabinets helped .

We met the owner at the Wilmington Home Show. He came out to give us an estimate that included a show discount. Within two weeks we were on the schedule. Ray corresponded via email regarding sample colors and answered all my questions. His worker,Greg, showed up on time and ready to go to work. It was a 2-day process and was done within the 2 days. Greg also was conscience of cleaning up as he went along.
