Mike did a fantastic and professional job. 98% of the work was done while we we on vacation and the last odds and ends were completed upon our return.

Mike Ferguson of M R Ferguson Construction is an accomplished carpenter and contractor.  His many years in his field becomes evident very quickly upon start of construction.  When Mike told me he would do the work as if it were his own home, I was sold on using him.  Gave him a budget to work with and the work was accomplished within same.  Very flexible and easy to work with.   As a contractor, he is very knowledgeable on building code and networked with great subcontractors who do excellent work in their prospective specialties.  Would highly recommend M F Construction for anything from minor home repair to new home construction.  If I were building a new home I would not hesitate to hire Mike as my contractor.  I am sure the quality of construction would only be limited by the budget given to work with, and then the work would exceed that of a lot of contractors in the area.  Two Thumbs Up!

Mike was excellent to work with and was flexible with my needs and fair with pricing.  Mike performed the services contracted at the price quoted with no surprises and even helped me with a couple odds and ends items that I was doing separately as part of a remodel.

I left a message and I received a prompt reply. I explained I had a few small repairs that needed to be fixed. Mike arrived at our agreed appointment and assessed the damage. He explained what was needed and fixed the damage on the roof. Wood trim I had recovered was replaced. He explained my fence really needs to be replaced but was able to secure it until I was ready to do so.

Job is now complete. Excellent job done. Very professional demeanor. Highly recommend Mike and will definitely hire him again when another project comes up.

Mike's estimate was dead on and thanks to his creative problem solving (there's always unexpected issues in a renovation) he was able to keep us within budget.
The work he performed himself was top quality (carpentry/trim work/framing/moving a door) and the finished product exceeded my expectations.
His management of the subcontractors was the best Iand quot;ve ever seen. Everyone showed up on time, stayed on task, and finished on schedule.
He also agreed to do pre-listing repairs at another house we own and has done an exceptional job on replacing damaged trim. You can't tell it was ever damaged.
He's offered advice and every decision point that was informative without being intrusive.
