We used Lawn Doctor during 2015 and had success with our lawn maintenance but that all changed in March 2016 when they burned our lawn. Although the General Manager of Lawn Doctor of Wilmington & Brunswick County NC repeated assured us they would replace the sections of the lawn they killed, they have not followed through on their assurances. Our calls and emails go unanswered so the lawn repair bill now falls on us - the home owner. Not the experience we expected.
We have filed a complaint with Lawn Doctor corporate and that has fallen on deaf ears also.  Their guarantee means nothing.

ALL SERVICE HAS BEEN PERFORMED TO EXPECTATIONS, WITH POSITIVE RESULTS IN THE YARD.  WE HAD TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR 1-YEAR FIRE ANT WARRANTY AND THEY RESPONDED FOR ANOTHER TREATMENT WITHIN A COUPLE DAYS.

They come out regularly.  I don't like the fact that they keep going up on their service rates, but they've been doing a pretty good job.  Our lawn has been looking really good.  They are expensive.  They respond well to our requests.

We bought the service for a year, and we were very unhappy. The first thing they were going to do was grade our lawn for weeds. He sprayed the entire line. I informed him that he missed an entire section. He said he didn't. It's now obvious that the weeds didn't die. I haven't received full service. He should have contacted us. When we first talked to him, he seemed very professional. He didn't seem interested in doing the entire yard. He was insinuating that I didn't know what I was talking about. He thought I was lying.
