LA-Z-BOY FURNITURE GALLERIES

After shopping at many different furniture stores, I decided on Lazy Boy to purchase my leather couch. The salesman told me the couch was made of 100 % Leather, not bonded fabric . Clearly this is a lie as the seats back and arms are leather ,but the areas on the sides of the cushions are bonded fabric. Its peeling and very unsightly. I have contacted Lazy Boy ,after several emails back and forth they offered to replace the damaged areas at a cost to me of approx $1000 ( I would have to pay for the fabric and an hourly rate to make the repairs . And they would replace it with the same cheap and bonded fabric. I feel cheated as I could have bought this couch for half the price at anyone of the five furniture's I has shopped at. I bought from Lazy Boy of Wilmington because I was told the couch was 100 % leather. I paid $3999.00 for this cheaply manufactured couch

There were problems from the time we ordered to delivery with the time it took for the custom sofa.  They were not very cooperative for a well known furniture store. As I stated above we now have a chair that they will not return and we cannot use the chair in our living room.
