It took half of a day. The workers were polite. They didn't leave the area super clean. It wasn't very polished looking. I had to have them come back out and fix some edges and caulking that you can tell was done too quickly.

Deception, failed inspections and poor customer service. I had a split unit and duct work replaced in June 2016.
First, the failed inspections: The outdoor unit install failed inspection once and the indoor unit failed TWICE. To be fair, the indoor unit failed twice due to the electrical company subbed by KF. At best, the quality of the work is unsafe (without attentive inspectors). The exception to this is a few senior employees who really know what they're doing and were great.
Second, the deception: My proposal included rebates from Duke energy for $500. After only receiving a $300 rebate from Duke, I was told by Casey Coleman (Sales Manager whom I dealt with the whole time) that they screwed up and they misunderstood the rebate program. They STILL have not paid me the remaining $200 promised verbally and are now dodging my phone calls.
Last, poor customer service: With so many choices today, customer service is a necessity. KFHA is not doing a good job actually keeping their customers happy. I have been promised that my check is in the mail for over a month and now phone calls are not returned. I am not being unreasonable, I am just trying to have this company hold up their end of the contract. They will essentially tell you whatever you want to hear to get your business.
My hope is that this review will caution anyone thinking of using KFHA to reconsider. I will NEVER use them again. I understand that many have had positive experiences and the company was even referred by a friend. I have had anything but a positive experience with this company.

onals Work performed was checked by an inspector of persons interested in buying the property. They took pictures of what the finished job looked like...The work was UN-professional ...Regular customers are not always able to crawl under the home to inspect the finished job. It was by chance that professionals saw the quality of work done. This company was deceptive in taking money for poor work. They are not to be trusted for quality work.

We got them from Angie's List. They charge $85, and Angie's List coupon gave us $20 off, so we paid $65. They were prompt and did good work. I think that the price is reasonable.
