Johnston Services LLC/Seamless- Gutter

Installation went well, professional and courteous. Gutters looked good and installation went fairly quick. At first rain, gutters leaked like a sieve and did not drain to downspouts. Billy returned multiple times but did not have the ability on interest to remedy the problem. Gutters leak at every corner and pour over the front with almost no drainage to the downspouts. This, over time, will rot my fascia and promote ants, termites and other pest let alone not do exactly what I paid for - direct rainwater away from my foundation. Upon last request to repair or refund a portion of my full payment he "wished me good luck" and stated that he had lost too much money in call-backs and that he would not be doing anything else. I recommend you do not use JOHNSTON SERVICES, LLC. Theft with a smile.

Billy showed up at my house within an hour of me calling and had the installer out 2 days later.

Tarl the installer did a great job and took pride in his work. If something wasn't right he fixed it.

We dealt directly with the owner who  gave us a fair estimate (his price was not the cheapest and it was not the most expensive). A week later his crew showed up as promised, they performed the work professionally and quickly, they cleaned up after the job was completed and we are very happy with our new gutters.
