There's a lot more to replacing a roof than you think. I learned that all roofs and roofers are not created equal. I did extensive research online and with neighbors to prepare for the process. I sought and received several (4) estimates... this turned out to be a real learning experience about and quot;upsellingand quot;. The estimates ranged up to double what we finally paid with Jesse Jordan. Understand that Jesse is not and quot;cut-rateand quot; by any means... it's just that he will recommend and include what is needed and best for the homeowner and their specific house. He willingly took the time to fill in the gaps in my information regarding the differences in underlayments, shingles, install methods, warranties, etc.
When it came to the actual work Mr. Jordan and his crew were punctual, polite and respectful of the house and our neighbors' properties. Clearly, there was attention to the details of the job. Questions during (and after) were answered straightforwardly.
The finished job was exactly what we were told to expect... down to the last detail. No surprises in any way. If you're considering a new roof, I definitely recommend research online and talk with your neighbors to prepare for the process... then get 3 estimates. and make sure one of them is Jesse Jordan.

Excellent! There was a slight waiting list of about two months but that was because of his work load and it was well worth it! They installed a metal roof and the cost was about the same as a shingle roof would have been. They cleaned up all mess and you would not even know they had been there. I am very pleased and these are very pleasant people to work with.
