I have used them several times and their technicians do great work. However, their bookkeeping/ accounting has recently had some serious issues. If you pay by check be very diligent and make sure your check is endorsed, deposited and presented to your bank for payment. Apparently they prefer to be paid by credit card but I do not pay my bills with a credit card. What a totally unnecessary hassle they just put me through.

Time to upgrade to a smart sprinkler controller. Mikey did a thorough job with the installation. More importantly, he hand-held me with operation instructions. I could not have asked for a better job. Thanks.

Jeremy was incredible; he was very professional, such a pleasant surprise. So many times you have to stay on people to get work completed; after we initially spoke he kept touching base via text through discussions about how we wanted this to go, weather delays etc. I asked him to keep my number so he would recognize me as a returning customer when I contact him next year for annual maintenance.

Chris did a great job fixing items that were necessary and adjusting the entire system to perform at maximum efficiency.

The existing sprinkler heads were removed, new lines and heads installed and a new control panel was put in place. I also had to have a new well and pimple. They scheduled this to be done prior to them coming to install the irrigation system.

Great communication from the office and the tech that performed the testing was very professional, courteous, and helpful. Will use their service again.

Great! Very friendly and helpful service rep, who showed us how to operate the control panel. He also got the system up and running. Some of the sprinklers needed adjusting and one needed to be dug out.

Experience was great
