I have used them several times and their technicians do great work. However, their bookkeeping/ accounting has recently had some serious issues. If you pay by check be very diligent and make sure your check is endorsed, deposited and presented to your bank for payment. Apparently they prefer to be paid by credit card but I do not pay my bills with a credit card. What a totally unnecessary hassle they just put me through.

Time to upgrade to a smart sprinkler controller. Mikey did a thorough job with the installation. More importantly, he hand-held me with operation instructions. I could not have asked for a better job. Thanks.

Did not go at all. Answering machine only, saying they were booked for the next 6 to 8 weeks. Left a message and no one called back.

They were punctual, professional, and did a great job. I was very pleased with their work.

We just cannot say enough about the excellent customer service provided by Joe and his staff. We contacted him last fall - desperate to resolve a major drainage issue at our home. All dealings were professional, efficient and caring. When we encountered an additional glitch this spring, Joe worked tirelessly with us to come up with further measures to resolve the issue. Jeremy was incredible; he was very professional, such a pleasant surprise. So many times you have to stay on people to get work completed; after we initially spoke he kept touching base via text through discussions about how we wanted this to go, weather delays etc. I asked him to keep my number so he would recognize me as a returning customer when I contact him next year for annual maintenance.

Chris did a great job fixing items that were necessary and adjusting the entire system to perform at maximum efficiency.

OK Have a firm in the neighborhood who is less expensive.

Did not show up for scheduled appointment. No phone call. I had to call back to reschedule. Appointment was set up for 1:30 a few days later. They called the day before and said the appointment was for 3pm. They were apparently having issues communicating with each other. That was enough for me. Went with another company.

The existing sprinkler heads were removed, new lines and heads installed and a new control panel was put in place. I also had to have a new well and pimple. They scheduled this to be done prior to them coming to install the irrigation system.

Great communication from the office and the tech that performed the testing was very professional, courteous, and helpful. Will use their service again.

We had a fence recently placed to our back yard and needed to have the irrigation system readjusted. Adam, from JB was personal, professional, and an expert. Great work, service, and price. Highly recommended and will use them again.

Great! Very friendly and helpful service rep, who showed us how to operate the control panel. He also got the system up and running. Some of the sprinklers needed adjusting and one needed to be dug out.

They came out and gave us an estimate as scheduled. We felt very comfortable with them because they were prepared and did full elevation measurements to ensure accurate estimates. The work was done over a three day span, and was completed earlier than planned. The staff was very professional and took care in keeping our dogs in the fence. They cleaned up all debris and it looks GREAT!

Showed up on time with all equipment needed. Carefully dug under a number of phone, and internet cables, drain pipes, sprinkler pipes, etc. Very professional. Did cut one "rogue" sprinkler head feeder, but they found and repaired it quickly by testing the system. I asked if they could add another head (change in scope) which they did while there for a reasonable cost. I was very impressed and would definitely use JB in the future.

They arrived on time and worked steadily for several days and did an amazing job. They were very polite, professional and considerate. We plan to have them back soon to install a rust prevention system. I would recommend this company to any one.
