Jay Taylor Exterminating is hands down the most professional and informative pest service in town. I had them complete a termite inspection on a home that we were in the processing of purchasing. They provided a report in a timely manner. We now have them come and treat our home for pests quarterly and have always been happy with their service. Highly recommend!

We are on a $100 yearly termite inspection contract. Their service is very good and thorough; I have no complaints. We use them every year.

I'm happy with the center com system. They come out and check it and always leave a report. I'm really not happy the way they address the bug issue. I wasn't here and my husband showed them the bugs. They said it was ants but it wasn't. Once I called them for silver fish. They came and said that there were no silverfish. I'm happy with them for some things and not happy with other things. Jay Taylor is the owner of the company. He has come out and he is knowledgeable. He is pleasant and professional. I have problem when I call them to look at the bugs.

We were using them even when we were in our old house before we moved here. We really appreciate their pricing and their service. In our first house they did the original termite contract with us then we brought this house. Then when it was time to do the service for termite we had talked to several exterminators in the area but we found that history would say Jay Taylor so we chose them because of the pricing and what they were willing to do for us from our previous experience. So we are using them for more than twenty years. They are so sweet with the dogs and work around with my schedule. We use them only for termites. They have always told us what we needed all through and we have a lot of confidence in them. There was no reason to go with anybody else with my experience of pricing.

We've used them for years and we are very happy with them. We have been pleased with them. We pay $85 per quarter. They send out the same person for the last couple of years and he is very nice.

I have entered into a maintenance contract with Jay Taylor and greatly enjoy using their services. When they come out, they always do a great job making sure that we eliminate any potential termite problems and explain everything before they start working.
