Great service, highly recommend

Communication from sales rep was great. Installer was on time. I would have preferred them to smooth out the ground after digging and installing the line. Post communication for training was average. All in all they did what they committed to do and it works.

Fast, smooth, very professional

Some of the property behind our home is heavily wooded and gets swampy (we're near a coastal inlet) so we didn't go all the way back.  They did a good job of burying line where needed (in open yard/landscaped areas) and in the natural areas/woods it was tacked down.  For me to do this job on my own would have been a big ordeal, I'm not sure if HomeDepot even rents the tool they used to bury the wire.  So while I could have purchased a cheap DIY invisible fence product on my own for a few hundred dollars, I don't think I would have gotten the same results.
The training portion is a large part of what we paid for with this service.  Teaching us how to work with our dog, identify the flags and acclimate him to the fence in a humane way, was important.  They even gave us some tips for how to get him to leave the yard when we want to take him on a walk.  That, along with the 1 year guarantee, made us feel better about the investment.  This is now part of the home and we hope it will last for many years.  The company is reputable and we have every reason to believe it will last.  
Overall I would say the company made 3 or 4 trips to our home in the first month for consulting, installation, and training and they are easily reached by phone if questions come up.  So they offer a comprehensive, full-service solution and in our experience they lived up to that.
One thing we wanted but isn't offered with the product is the ability to activate the collar by remote when our dog digs.   Keeping him safe in the yard was top priority, but we have since had to purchase a trainer collar with remote (on Amazon) in order to discourage him from digging.  Having the dog wearing two collars is a bit of a hassle for him and us, but hopefully the trainer collar is a short-term necessity.  It would be ideal if invisible fence offered that feature with their otherwise comprehensive product.

Fence was installed on time and on price estimate. We changed the layout after initial installation and they came out and fixed the problem.(28 no charge).

It's been a great help to us! And they are willing to work with you and your particular property, what will work and what won't. No baloney here!

I needed an invisible fence in my back yard to contain my boxer who was jumping over the fence and scaring the neighbors. Invisible Fence company installed a system. they were supposed to train my dog also. They didnt do any training. The system wasn't effective on my dog. kept calling emailing, calling. took them a week to respond. By then I had to get a different system which I have now and love. They wouldn't refund me my money-didn't care about the lousy service I got.

Very positive experience. They have had to revisit me twice to do additional training and adjustment to signal - both times they were able to come the day I called. The fence works for us. The staff is knowledgeable and responsive.

I called Invisible Fence of the Coastal Carolinas and they called back the same day within 2 hours. They made an assessment and fixed an appointment. They came out and heard what I wanted. Then they gave me some recommendations which were better and which did not cost me extra. They were very thorough. The trainers were incredible. I have 2 German Sheppard dogs. One of them did great but, the other one did not. They called back to check up on the other one and they came back the next day to rectify the problem. They even gave me a discount. It was a great experience.
