INTERCOASTAL HARDWOOD FLOORS

Overall, the project went very well. The product that they supply is very high quality (Owens), and the floors look beautiful. They did a nice job of smoothing down the slab before installation. The only minor complaint is that they did not end up following-up with an after-the-sale issue that I contacted them about (minor pooling of finish in one corner of hallway). However, I think that this was probably an oversight, and that they would have followed-up had I decided to really pursue it.
Overall, I would recommend this contractor. A- rating

Flooring Install went great. He showed up on the days indicated at 8 am when he indicated he would arrive. Cory rebuilt the stair for us that I to needed to tear out during the demo. He also sanded the area that had tile previously to make sure we would not have any squeaking problems later on. He asked if he could bring other clients by to see the floors after he started finishing them and made two sales over that weekend based on the work they saw. He has installed quite a few floors for people in our neighborhood. He is usually booked out and will turn down jobs rather than squeeze them in and do them sub-par.
