Jeff was punctual, professional and polite. The inspection was dilligently performed and we were left feeling comfortable with our decision to trust Indoor Comfort with our future needs. I was most impressed with the zero pressure service suggestions. I would without a doubt recommend Indoor Comfort to anyone with HVAC needs.

Indoor Comfort "came with" the house that we purchased in Wilmington in that Jeff had been performing the semi-annual system check-ups for the previous owners. We continued utilizing Indoor Comfort for the same services. Upon returning home on a Friday evening we found that the heating system was not operating. Not even the digital thermostat had a display. Everything else in the house operated normally. After checking the circuit breaker panel for the system and finding it in its normal configuration, we called Jeff and left a message. We didn't expect to hear from him until the next morning at the earliest because of the late hour of our call. However, Jeff returned our call in about fifteen minutes. He told us he would be over the next morning (Saturday). Jeff arrived as promised and restored the heat to the house. Our experience with Indoor Comfort has always been positive. Jeff is responsive, punctual, and very professional. We never hesitate to use his services.

Very impressive company. I have used this company several times in the past to work on my old heat pump (a friend recommended them to me). When the time came for me to replace my heat pump, they were my choice. They worked with me on getting quotes, explaining the difference between heat pumps, etc. They were very professional and did a wonderful job. No complaints at all.
