Like I said, quality work and I think they are honest guys. Yet, they are the kind of mechanics that want your vehicle to be in pristine working order, and for my older car and my budget that just wasn't possible at that time. I also felt like thier prices were really high, once they gave me an estimate that was higher than the dealer. But the good news is, when I told them that, they seemed really unhappy to hear it and quoted me a new price which the owner said would stick (and it did) even if the work took longer than anticipated because he didn't want me to think they were and quot;more expensive than the dealer.and quot; That being said, I think these are some really well paid mechanics (maybe because the have special training or something, I'm not a mechanic so I don't know). I know that sounds bad but I don't know how else to say it. I'm not saying its not worth it to go here. It just depends on your budget and your car, but I think I can find quality work at other places at a better price. I feel like this place is for people with deep pockets and who are and quot;car peopleand quot; and like to have everything on their car working perfectly. Every time I went there I didn't just see imports, I saw high end imports, Audi, Porsche, Mercedes, etc. so it just seemed to be people who had a lot more disposable income than me. Lol, but they do seem to be an honest place that wants to make you happy.

I called and they worked me in that day. This was the only good thing. They reset the service light for me and told me that if it came back on, that I needed to come back and have a part installed. They charged me $200.00 to reset my light. Then they quoted me over $400.00 to replace the part needed if the light came back on. They proceeded to tell me all these other things that I needed
to have repaired on my car and in all they wanted over $1000.00 on top of the $200.00 that I paid them to reset my dash light.
Needless to say I picked up my car without the additional repairs.

I have had my car serviced at Import Performance since I purchased it last year. Talin and his employees are always able to provide prompt service and reasonable pricing. On this occasion, I had gotten a flat tire and was concerned about having my car towed. They were able to connect me with the proper towing company to move my car to the shop. They found the best rate on a new tire with a better warranty than what I previously had and worked with my insurance company so that my only out of pocket expense was for my oil change and state inspection. I am always exceptionally pleased with the honesty and integrity this shop maintains and will continue to have my car serviced here in the future.
