Wesley was very professional arrived early. It had everything ready to go as planned. He was very communicative throughout the process to ensure we understood what needed to be done. He even pointed out some cosmetic things for us to have the builder To review that we did not catch. I would not trust anyone else to do my home inspection! Easy efficient online scheduling. Showed up on time and was extremely thorough. Received color coded report and was fast turnaround! Found small amount of mold growing at top of high ceiling I had not even noticed which allowed me to fix before it became expensive or health hazard! Fantastic service and reasonably priced. I engaged Savvy Home Inspections to do an inspection of my home after addressing several issues that were sited in my home purchase inspection.
