I am getting it done with Home Depot. They charged me for the estimate, but that will be taken off the price of the job. I went with them because of the price. They were pretty communitive with what we wanted.

Go to the Pro Desk with orders over $1,000. I needed $2640 worth of treated lumber to build a deck, so I asked for a discount or free shipping (without expecting either). Frank at the pro desk sent my order into a bid desk in Atlanta, while I went for a pizza slice next door. When I came back Frank had a quote for my exact order, it was $630 less than shelf prices. I still had to pay for delivery, as Frank explained it this service is done by a subcontractor. Given that I only asked for $50 worth of free delivery and received $630 in discounts, I'm happy with how things turn out. Frank was super easy to work with.
