Duane was all set to take a quick look at the floor tile grout of our newly acquired condo, give us a price and complete the job all in the same day so that we could enjoy our new place for the weekend. However, after Duane looked at the grout, he realized there was no sealant on the 14 year-old  grout. He gave us an estimate for cleaning and sealing the grout, but we decided that we wanted to replace the floors eventually and not spend the extra money deep-cleaning something we would eventually replace. Duane was happy to give us advice and let us make the decision without any pressure to utilize his services. He's a rare jewel in the services industry where people just want to come in, do a quick job, collect their money and leave. Duane is interested in making sure his customer's are happy and that he can deliver results to their expectations.
