I had 7 hours worth of work for Dave and Jerry and they were worth every penny! I had a couple of complext installations and several smaller jobs, but it added up to a lot of their time. They planned each job carefully, making sure to analye the inside and outside of the house so as not to impact any service lines. They were extremely tidy and cleaned up after they were finished. They were very patient with my need to have museum quality picture hanging! I tipped them very well because I don't believe he charges enough, just based on what I used to pay in the big city!

The work completed was maticulously done. Our screen door slides freely in its track, the ceiling exhaust fan purrs like a kitten, and the door trim looks great!

Excellent, we were very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the care that was shown not to damage anything while doing the work. He was precise and extremely careful to make sure joints were even and everything level....he really thought out the design before arriving and consulted with us during the building process to make sure what he was doing would work for us and altered things if they didn't. In addition to this work he also installed multiple bathroom towel fixtures and a medicine cabinet. We will definitely use him for future jobs we have and have already recommended him to friends. Not only did David do an outstanding job I believe that there isn't anything he can't do.

He is very responsive; he came immediately to review the list and had a quote to me within a day. I hired him even though I believed prices were high - based on the great reviews on this list. Sadly, it didn't go that well for me. Some things were done right (installing a ceiling fan, adjusting water heater, etc.) But for many if not most of the items, I had to get work re-done. (sconce installation, painting, doors.) Will not use again.

"This member sent me an email a month ago detailing her issues. I told her that I would gladly return to address any issues she had. She declined my offer. It is always my intent to provide top flight service, and when any client is not satisfied, I am compelled to do whatever is necessary to satisfy them. This member neglected to mention that I originally quoted her a cost to patch 10 locations ( which she said were needed) where the mortar on her paving stone driveway and walkway had deteriorated. When doing the work, I found more than 40 locations, I had enough mortar with me, so I went ahead and patched them for her at no additional charge. I guess no good deed goes unpunished. 1. I inadvertently left an shoebox in her garage. (She called it leaving my trash at her house). 2. She decided at the last minute, to have me remove a Hurricane shutter, but neglected to tell me that it weighed nearly a hundred pounds. Not realizing this, when the last of 8 bolts were removed, it fell 6 ft. to the ground and one of the tension clips bent over, which was not a big problem, as it was sturdy enough to regain its original shape by manipulating it. 3. She wasn't happy that after I installed a new ceiling fan for her on a rear porch, she found some wire clippings that I missed when cleaning up. The indoor/outdoor carpet was pretty dirty before I started, so I laid down a drop cloth, in case I dropped something. Apparently, I missed a couple of pieces. 4. She had several lights built into a brick wall that surrounded the rear patio that were not working. When I removed one of the 4 screws that held the covers on the lights, one corner broke off. Of course, she blamed me for it. I told her they were very old cast metal covers, and offered to replace them at no cost to her. If a member goes through my reports, they will see hundreds of satisfied clients. I'm sorry that this member feels my pricing was too high, and that my services weren't worthy of her cost."

Dave Zora is an absolute professional. Fit me in schedule to provide estimate, then moved me up on schedule when able to. Arrived exactly on scheduled time, did the work and clean up done. If you want work done correctly, this is who you should call.

I hired Dave to repair a fence gate that got destroyed during bad weather over the winter. He arrived on time and did a great job. I will definitely hire him again in the future and have already referred him to several other people who have been happy with his services.

It went great. I contacted Dave for an estimate to repair my deck. I thought his price was fair and he did a great job. He cleaned up so well at the end of the day you couldn't even tell he had been here. He worked very hard and did everything he said he would do. Dave will always be the 1st person I call for any future projects. I could not be more pleased with the finished product. It was so refreshing to work with someone that did everything he told me he would do and did such quality work.

Not a pleasant job, but Dave was very pleasant in how he handled it. Good quality materials to replace the old one, very clean job of removal/disposal. Dave's price was very fair, and he was true to his word on his arrival time and finish time. I plan to call him again for other handyman jobs.
