He fixed it for way less than somebody else charged. It was unbelievable how much he charged and the thing works great. He is excellent. I was very, very pleased with the floors. He is a general contractor. I have recommended him to several other people who have used his service and they were also very pleased. He had absolutely great prices. Everybody I contacted for the floors wanted way more money. I would hire him again; in fact if I needed a house built, I would call him.
