Work quality was good and price was fair. It just took three weeks before they came to measure the desk and a couple of weeks before I got it back. I plan to use them again to replace the beveled mirror in an antique sterling mirror. They will pick up your furniture and bring it back if necessary or come to your house to replace a glass or mirror. Sometimes it's hard to get them to answer the phone.

I was very disappointed that Angie's List recommended this vendor. The first person to show up mis-measured the window. Several weeks later when he returned to install the new window, it didn't fit. He said they would replace. Several weeks later another installer put in the correct size window. Soon the grids ... outside and inside ... started to fall off. When I went to their place of business they were out of business. I'm stuck with a screwed up window and a sour taste in my mouth about Angie's List.

A rock hit my windshield...went on Angies list for recommendations and found a coupon for Glass Doctor that was $$'s less than other companies that we called. When I called for information, they indeed would honor the coupon from Angies List , so I set up an appt the next day to have the chip repaired.  I didn't have to wait...they were prompt in the repair. It's months later now and I really don't see the chip and further cracking hasn't appeared. Very pleased with the company.

I was very happy with our experience with Glass Doctor. They found the item we needed - something that would be custom built. They quoted me right away and sent someone to my house to confirm dimensions. When the item arrived three weeks later (exactly what was promised), they came and installed the windows. The installation was quick, neat, and professional. Their installer was friendly and helpful. He cleaned up all debris and washed the windows before leaving. I cannot think of anything that could have been done better. I will use them again.

The installer was right on time to do the measurement, but the installation was delayed a week because he was sick . We were told by the office person that he would come and do the installation at 9 am, but he didn't arrive until 10:30. He completed the installation and did a very nice job. Overall, the office was a little hard to get in touch with. We were told a picture of the finished product would be sent in advance, but that didn't happen.
